1. Who you’re buying from

Phase is built and sold by Future Blue Technologies Inc.(“Phase,” “we,” “us”), a Canadian corporation registered in Quebec, with its registered office at 340 Rue Saint-Louis, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC J3B 1Y4, Canada.

When you reserve a Phase pillow on phasepillow.com, you are entering a pre-order contract with Future Blue Technologies Inc.

2. What a reservation is

A reservation locks one Phase pillow at the early price of US$499, converted to a fixed Canadian checkout price of CA$699.99, payable as:

• CA$349.99 charged today as a fully refundable deposit of approximately 50%
• CA$350.00 requested through a separate secure payment link before your pillow ships

The CA$350.00 balance is not charged at reservation checkout. We will email you before it is due and will not automatically charge an undisclosed amount.

The US$499 retail price and CA$699.99 localized Canadian price are locked for the first 100 reservations.

A reservation does not transfer ownership until your pillow ships and the balance is paid. We may end the early-reservation program if we sell out, in which case any reservations we cannot fulfill will be refunded in full.

3. When you’ll get it

The current estimated shipping window is displayed on the reservation page before paid checkout opens and again in Stripe Checkout. If no shipping window is displayed, paid reservations are not open. We will email you a tracking number when your pillow leaves our Montréal workshop.

Hardware schedules slip. If we cannot ship within 60 days of the estimated window shown when you reserved, you may cancel and receive a full refund of every dollar paid. We will tell you, in writing, before requesting the balance.

4. Cancel and refund any time before ship

You can cancel your reservation at any time before the balance is paid, for any reason, by emailing hello@phasepillow.com from the email on your reservation. We will initiate the CA$349.99 deposit refund to the original payment method within 7 business days; your bank may take additional time to post it.

5. 60-night trial

Once Phase arrives, try it for 60 nights. If it’s not for you, email us and we’ll send a return label and refund the full CA$699.99 product price on receipt. The pillow must be in resalable condition; the pod must be in working condition with its accessories.

Quebec consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Protection Act (RLRQ c P-40.1). Nothing in this policy reduces those rights.

6. Warranty

• Pod: lifetime against manufacturing defects for the original reservation holder
• Pillow cover: free replacement, forever
• Foam insert: 2 years

Warranty covers defects, not normal wear or damage from use outside the included instructions.

7. Pricing, currency and taxes

The headline retail price is US$499. Canadian checkout uses a localized price of CA$699.99 before any applicable sales tax. The CA$349.99 deposit is applied to that product price, leaving CA$350.00 due before shipping. Any applicable tax or shipping charge will be disclosed before the balance payment. Stripe charges this reservation in CAD; a card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or fee to a non-CAD card.

8. Shipping

We ship to Canada and the contiguous United States from Montréal, Quebec. Shipping is included in the early price for the first 100 reservations. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

We do not ship internationally yet. If you reserved from outside Canada or the US, we’ll email you to refund and remove your reservation.

9. Communications and consent

When you reserve, you’re asking us to email you about your reservation, shipping, and the launch. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. Transactional emails (reservation confirmation, charge and payment requests, ship notices) cannot be unsubscribed because we need them to fulfill the order.

This site complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL, S.C. 2010, c. 23).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of the Province of Quebec, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
